for PV Panels cleaning of mid and large scale PV Parks using feed water from wells

The Black series of RO-DI models is specifically designed and targeted at cleaning of mid and large scale PV Parks using incoming water from wells up to 1,200 ppm of TDS. Machines' capabilities are unique in the market. The RO-DI models of Black series can produce high volume* of pure water (160 to 510 l/h) at zero (0) ppm of TDS.

Machines' operational costs are too low and the use of RO-DI Black Series Models is one-way choice for this water source. DI systems' usage is improper under these circumstances due to very high operational costs.

RO-DI machines can serve simultaneously up to 4 operators equipped with water fed poles, increasing cleaning productivity. Water is treated at five or four stages including: two (2) sediment filters, chlorine filter (active carbon), reverse osmosis membrane(s) and optional deionization filter (resin polisher). As a result the quality of pure water consists of 0% ppm of TDS or 95-99% of lower ppm of TDS than this of incoming water.

RO-DI Black Series models comprises a lot of automations, facilitating your job to complete it efficiently and safely, such us: remote controll (100-150 m distance range at unobstructed area), RO membranes auto flush, system to avoid back-pressure in order to clean PV panels installed away from the machine or on trackers.

RO-DI models Black series are very well equipped with flow regulator, pressure gauges and hydrometer. In addition all necessary operational sub-systems are included to tackle adverse conditions of countryside: very professional prefiltration with three (3) profilters of 20'',  fouling resistant RO membranes, UV protected piping, heavy duty in-out tds meter and membranes' antiscaling set-up (mechanical or with dosing pump).

Systems are compact and portable and thus be easily moved across any terrain as well in and out of van and pick-up. They are stainless steel manufactured, with robust frame and high quality finishing. Two (2) years warranty.

You can upgrade your system at any time you want, from RODI-1 Basic to RO-DI 3 Plus, since all its main components (frame, electric module, booster pump, RO Membrane(s)) are common to all RO-DI models at Black series.
